Lacey Klooster

Lacey Klooster brings a strong foundation in government contracting, legal advocacy, and client-focused service to her work at Dillman Legal Group. A Virginia Beach native, she earned her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Old Dominion University and her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School.

Before entering legal practice, Lacey worked in the federal contracting space, where she developed a deep understanding of compliance, risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Her legal training was further shaped by hands-on experience through William & Mary’s Family Law and Veterans Benefits Clinics, where she assisted clients with custody, divorce, and disability claims. As a Summer Associate at a private law firm, she supported estate planning and real estate transactions.

With a focus on precision, empathy, and practical problem-solving, Lacey is committed to delivering strategic legal support to our clients. Her broad background allows her to approach each case with both analytical clarity and client-centered care.
